Joseph and Cathalina
Joseph and Cathalina
About The Couple

Thank you for taking the time to get to know our family and for considering us in such an important decision. Our prayer is that you find peace and clarity in whatever path you choose. If you do choose us, we will be so blessed and your baby will grow up in a home filled with unconditional love.

Our story began when we were living on opposite sides of the country. Cathalina had recently moved to the United States and was living in New Jersey, while Joseph was in his home state of California. We spent months getting to know each other and building a strong friendship before finally meeting in person.

Over the following year, our relationship continued to grow, and we both chose to move to Washington State, where we lived about 30 minutes apart. Later that winter, in 2012, we were married and began building our life together. We worked hard, saved for our first home, and filled our lives with meaningful memories, family traditions, and adventures. Joseph introduced Cathalina to his family, and Cathalina brought Joseph to Colombia to meet hers, blending the cultures and families that have become such an important part of our lives.

From early on, we shared a clear desire to build a family together. In 2022, Our lives changed forever when we welcomed our daughter, Sofia, through adoption—an experience that has deeply shaped our lives and strengthened our commitment to growing our family. Meeting her for the first time was a moment we will never forget. Sofia has brought so much joy into our home, and we are excited for her to become a big sister as our family grows. Thank you for taking the time to get to know our family and for considering us in such an important decision. Our prayer is that you find peace and clarity in whatever path you choose. If you do choose us, we will be so blessed and your baby will grow up in a home filled with unconditional love.

Thank you again for taking the time to learn about our family and considering us during such a meaningful and courageous journey. We hold deep respect for you and the love behind every step of this decision. We believe every child is a gift from God, and if chosen, we promise to raise them with unconditional love, faith, and grace, guiding them with encouragement, stability, and a home filled with joy and meaningful memories.

About The Couple

We are Monica and Peter and we are so grateful you've taken the time to glance into our lives. Many years ago, we were longing for children but struggling to get pregnant. After several rounds of fertility tests, we ultimately received a call from our doctor confirming we would not be able to get pregnant without fertility treatments. We were devastated at the time, felt peace about pursuing fertility treatments, but also felt strongly that the Lord was calling us to welcome a child into our home through adoption. We went the fertility treatment route first, and by the grace of God, we now have two young boys. We're crazy about our kids. Throughout all these years we have continued to feel the pull toward adoption, and now, here we are! We cannot wait to come alongside a birthmother and offer lifelong, unconditional love to her child with an open adoption if that's what she desires. We have been praying for this future adopted child for a long time, and now we pray we get to meet them soon.

Bryan and Olivia
Bryan and Olivia
About The Couple

A quick snapshot of us:

• We live in rural Iowa.

• Bryan is a pastor of a Reformed Presbyterian Church.

• Olivia is a stay at home mom.

• We value: faith, joy, and love.

• In our home, kids are safe, wanted, guided, and deeply loved.

We're Bryan and Olivia.  We've been married for 16 years and are raising five very different kids in rural Iowa. Our home is full--sometimes loud, usually busy, and filled with: meals around the table, read-alouds, friends, church, outdoor adventures, family vacations, and plenty of enjoyment. Bryan is a pastor and Olivia stays home with the children.  With the older 4 in school she has lots of one on one time with our toddler. Our Christian faith is at the center of our family, and it shapes the way we try to love each other: telling the truth, apologizing when we get things wrong and working on heart change, forgiving quickly, and treating each person with kindness and respect. We realize that seeing five children may make you wonder whether another child could really receive individual attention in our family. We think that is an important question. Our five kids have taught us that children aren't interchangeable--they have completely different personalities, interests, strengths, struggles, and needs. Welcoming another child would not mean simply adding one more to the group.  It would mean getting to know a whole new personal and making room for their personality, their needs, their story, and their birth family.

How we met:

Bryan is from Southern California, and Olivia grew up in Ohio. We met at a Christian student conference in Virginia while Bryan was serving in the Navy. What started as a long-distance relationship eventually became much more.  18 years later, we still genuinely enjoy spending time together, and protecting our friendship in the middle of raising a large family is important to us.

Why Adoption:

It's been a long-held desire since we were both kids. We are deeply grateful for the five children already in our home but we are pursuing adoption because we believe we still have room in our lives and our family to love another child well.

Adoption can bring something beautiful, but it also begins with real loss for a child and birth family. We don't want to minimize that. If you decide parenting your child is best, we respect that.  If you decide adoption is best and choose our family please know that your baby will be safe, cared for, and deeply loved in a stable home with open hearts and open arms. We want your child to grow up knowing the truth about their story. We want them to know that their life began with a mom who courageously and selflessly gave them life.

Our faith deeply shapes our decision to adopt. In the Gospel, God welcomes those who were not His children and makes them His beloved children through Jesus. We see adoption as a reflection of that love.

Garrick and Haley
Garrick and Haley
About The Couple

Our love story is a unique and joyful one that began in the most unexpected of ways—on FarmersOnly, a dating site that matched us despite living an hour apart. Neither of us was actively searching for a relationship, but after encouragement from others, we decided to give it a try. From our very first conversation, it was clear we shared a surprising number of similarities, despite coming from different backgrounds. We connected instantly, bonding over our shared values, sense of humor, and love for family. What started as text exchanges quickly turned into in-person dates, where we discovered even more reasons to admire and love one another.

Haley was drawn to Garrick’s sense of humor, strong work ethic, and the way he treats everyone around him with kindness and respect, particularly the women in his family. Garrick was immediately captivated by Haley’s dimples, warm smile, and her ability to make any situation brighter. On our first date, Haley’s brother tagged along for safety, and Garrick’s understanding of this showed his caring nature. Over time, our love deepened, and just a month into dating, we both realized we wanted to spend our lives together. While Garrick’s proposal was understated—over BBQ at a local restaurant—it was heartfelt and meaningful, perfectly capturing the simplicity and authenticity of our relationship.

We were married in June 2019 in a small, intimate ceremony that reflected our personalities. From Garrick wearing a kilt in his family’s tartan to Haley’s laid-back approach, the day was a celebration of love and family. Since then, we’ve built a life together centered on faith, family, and shared adventures. Whether it’s traveling, enjoying a quiet evening at home, or raising our two beautiful children, we are partners in every sense of the word. Our relationship is rooted in mutual respect, open communication, and a shared commitment to creating a home filled with love and laughter.
